For the 100th release of Swell de Spirits, they present a new masterpiece in the Wonders of the World series. This series, launched in 2021 in collaboration with Amy and Jean Pasquet, naturally comes "full circle" for Mika by concluding with a selection from the Pasquet family.

Lie back on an old Chesterfield leather sofa, savoring the memory of a roasted lamb meal, and listen to the crackling fireplace while indulging in truffles from a luxury chocolate box, accompanied by sips of a fruity and full-bodied Malbec.
Color: Deep chestnut brown
Nose: Grapes, raisin bread, cotton candy, soft vanilla caramel, “Edinburgh rock” candies, Ceylon black tea, packing wood, an antique oak chest with brass handles, neroli, and hand cream with rose and almond.
Palate: Rich and luxurious, dark chocolate with chili, dark chocolate truffles, neroli, fruity Malbec wine, rosé lamb with redcurrant sauce.
Finish: Cardamom, nutmeg, white pepper, and redcurrant sauce with buttered toast dipped in a soft-boiled duck egg.
Conclusion: Full-bodied, rich, meaty, and fruity. Absolutely delicious.
