A multiplicity of harmonious notes where the first hints of roasting appear, opening up to subtle notes of white flowers and iris.
Secondary notes of fennel, Sichuan pepper, liquorice, candied orange and exotic fruit harmoniously round off the initial tasting.
Palate: fresh, round and smooth, with flavours of English cake, candied apricots and almonds.
