This is an evolving Cognac, with sweet floral and fruity notes at first, followed by notes of pastry. In our opinion, this bottle is intended for customers looking for a product that is authentic, modern and chic, allowing a journey through time and telling its own story.

- Limited edition of 1088 bottles. 
- 1er cru 100% grande champagne in the commune of Salles-d'Angles (south of Cognac).
- Distilled on the estate in its own stills.
- Harvested in 2019, aged for 5 years in new French oak barrels.
- Authentic, unadulterated Cognac made by the family from A to Z (from planting the vines to bottling on the estate).
- The label is made with a parchment-like effect. It is highly technical, with full printing, embossing, meticulous gilding and a color chart that reflects the Cognac's maturation.
- The history sets them apart from other houses because they have on their estate the chapel where “the discovery of the aging of Cognac” was born. 
- They are the only winemaking family to be an ambassador for the association “Les savoir-faire du Cognac,” which is in the process of applying to UNESCO.
